Below are services offered that invest in your ongoing health and well being.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND MISSED VISITS
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is charged a minimum $50 fee, unless otherwise stated. Appointments missed without any notice are billed the full fee for that appointment. Cancellation must be done by phone during office hours and confirmed by a doctor or massage therapist at the office.

Chiropractic, Naturopathic and Massage services are covered by many extended health plans.

All visits are by appointment only.

PAYMENT
Complete payment is due at the time of service. 

PROCESSING FEES
This fee is reserved for information requests and the preparation of medical records for disclosure to patients, healthcare professionals or for legal requirements. The amount to be charged is in accordance with the recommendations from the bylaws of the medical colleges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTS OR PURCHASES AT THE CLINIC.
