CANCELLATION POLICY AND MISSED VISITS

Missed appointments are billed the full fee for that appointment.

Cancellation must be done one business day prior to appointment during business hours.

Chiropractic, Naturopathic and Massage services are covered by many extended health plans.

All visits are by appointment only.

INITIAL CHIROPRACTIC VISIT (40 min) - $105

RETURN CHIROPRACTIC VISIT (20 min) - $67

60 MINUTE MASSAGE - $131.25 (includes GST)

INITIAL NATUROPATHIC VISIT - $388

The initial visit is paid as a single fee and consists of 2 parts:

• The first part is the “Initial Naturopathic Visit”, which is a detailed history, physical exam, functional assessment, obtaining a blood sample for a Carroll food intolerance, and ordering any labs as needed. This visit is 60-90 minutes in length.

• The second part is the “First Return Naturopathic Visit”, which is a separate visit booked within a week of the initial where the findings of the first visit are reviewed, a diet is provided, and a treatment plan is recommended. Dr. Seier will also perform the first constitutional hydrotherapy treatment following a discussion of findings. Further constitutional hydrotherapy treatments will be booked at this time. The total length of this visit will be 90 minutes.

The initial visit may be completed virtually although complete assessment and treatments may be lacking due to missing physical exam and functional health markers.

RETURN NATUROPATHIC VISIT (30-45 min) - $177

The return naturopathic visit is often completed after 1-3 months of treatment or 15 constitutional hydrotherapy treatments, whichever comes first.

May be completed virtually.

CONSTITUTIONAL HYDROTHERAPY (60 min) - $99

This is a series of alternating hot and cold towel applications to the chest and back accompanied with sine wave electrotherapy. Used for acute and chronic complaints to reduce pain, improve circulation, improve immune response, stimulate detoxification and organ response, hasten recovery from illness or surgery and restore nervous system balance. Can be used in all stages of life and illness.

NATUROPATHIC THERAPIES AVAILABLE TO INCLUDE IN RETURN VISITS

Physical medicine - joint adjustments and body work, electrotherapy

Modified Nasal Specific - intranasal balloon treatment to adjust cranial bones and open nasal airways and sinuses

PAYMENT
Complete payment is due at the time of service. 

PROCESSING FEES
This fee is reserved for information requests and the preparation of medical records for disclosure to patients, healthcare professionals or for legal requirements. The amount to be charged is in accordance with the recommendations from the bylaws of the medical colleges.
