During your therapeutic massage, I will incorporate different modalities into the deep tissue treatment, such as trigger point release, fascial release, postural awareness, and therapeutic exercises.

After graduating from OVCMT, I had the opportunity to work alongside a large group of massage therapists in Kelowna, on Vancouver Island and in Prince George.  I have also worked within multi disciplinary clinics with chiro, physio, and kinesiology.  I am honoured to have been a part of such an incredible group of therapists, in all of the establishments, and I am looking forward to joining this new amazing family at Great Bear.  

I am very excited to make Prince Rupert my home, I feel this is the place I will be calling my retirement place.  I have been wanting to be here for so long.  I am excited to explore and see what it has to offer.
